Restoratives Workshops
Sunday, January 18………… 1:00 – 4:00 pm
Sunday, February 15………. 1:00 – 4:00 pm
On these Sunday afternoons we will move slowly through a series of supported poses. By employing bolsters, blankets, straps, blocks and chairs to position the body, one will be able to slowly release deeply held tensions. There then will be a resultant sense of profound relaxation as vital energy is restored.
The body’s temperature tends to drop while in restorative poses. Bring clothing to layer; some of which may be used to cover arms and legs fully. To reap full benefit from this practice, please plan quiet activities for the remainder of the evening.
These workshops are appropriate for students of all levels, including beginners.
