Our Teachers

Georgia Siegel, founder and director of yoga space, began studying Iyengar yoga in 1982 With Mary Lou Weprin and was graduated in 1991 from the two year teacher training program at the Yoga Room, Berkeley, CA. From 1989-1992 she was on staff at the Yoga Room (Donald Moyer, Director) and at the Piedmont Yoga Studio, Oakland, CA (Rodney Yee, Director). She has lived and taught in Key West since 1993.
 
 
 
 

Serena Sorensen is a long time student of Georgia Siegel. She wishes to offer a yoga practice of “Less Effort, More Movement”* with a true understanding of what this means. She sees the yoga space as a safe place in which to find concentration and focus, simplicity and stillness.
 
 
 
 
 
 

Randy Dudley Randy Dudley was introduced to yoga thirty years ago and has studied several styles, including Ashtanga yoga. Now, after five years at Yoga Space, Randy teaches in the Iyengar tradition. He encourages his students in developing their home practices, and personally enjoys lively, energetic sessions. Randy says “Each time I roll out my mat it seems like coming home.”
 
 
 
 
 
 

Deidre Rudiger has been practicing tibetan buddhism for ten years under the guidance of Lama Norlha Rinpoche and Lama Karma Chotso. This study group is for all who are interested in the dharma and making a connection with buddha’s teachings.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Susan Hartzell has been practicing yoga for five years. She completed her teacher training in Key West under the direction of Siobhan Mcauley and Christine Marguerite, in the kripalu tradition. Susan enjoys working with beginners and making yoga accessible to everyone.
